2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury
Important Notice
False Claims: Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

4. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of federal court
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, VKrDownloader maintains a policy to terminate users who are repeat infringers. We consider:
- The number of valid DMCA notices received
- The severity of the infringement
- The user's response to previous notices
- Any other relevant factors
Accounts determined to be repeat infringers may be terminated without notice at our sole discretion.

Yes. For multiple infringements, you may submit a single notice with a representative list of infringing material. However, the notice must identify each specific URL or location of the infringing material. Bulk notices without specific URLs will not be processed.
Yes. According to DMCA requirements, we must forward complete counter-notices to the original complainant. They then have 10-14 business days to file a court action to prevent restoration of the material. We cannot restore material before this period expires.
VKrDownloader respects international copyright laws. Even if your copyright is registered outside the United States, you may still submit a DMCA-style notice. We will process it in accordance with applicable international treaties and local laws to the extent possible.
